Employee Wellbeing Specialist (maternity leave replacement)

The purpose of this role is to take care of the employee’s social and community well-being – and through that ensure high engagement of our employees. 

The main focus areas will be:

• Celebrating and team spirit: (designing and managing employee recognition programs, organizing company and team events).
• Community and employee wellbeing (keeping Proekspert traditions alive, raising awareness on a variety of work-related topics, and physical and mental wellness).
• Employee Perks (employee perks and benefits system overseeing and development).
• Internal communication (creating process descriptions and documentation in the wellbeing area and sharing that with employees).
• HR team collaboration (hands-on support of other HR functions).
