Fontes, the regional talent advisory and executive recruiter, this week announced the winners of the Equal Pay Award. The winners are Proekspert, Karl Storz Video Endoscopy Estonia, and Mirion Technologies Selmic Baltic.

Winners were chosen on the basis of a point system that considered the differences in average salaries of male and female employees, the equality of salary practices pertaining to gender, and the presence of women in key roles across all levels of an organization. The data used by Fontes to evaluate companies is taken from its annual compensation survey. Since 1995, Fontes has monitored compensation data in Estonia, each year collecting survey data about approximately 80,000 jobs in 400 businesses.
