Introducing our next CEO: Marco Spielmann joins Proekspert in August
We are excited to announce that Marco Spielmann has been appointed as the new CEO of Proekspert, starting August 2025. Marco will lead the next phase of our international growth – especially in Central European markets – building on our strengths in industrial software and digital innovation.
Allan Urb, Chairman of the Board at Proekspert, explains:

We were looking for a leader who combines strategic vision with the hands-on ability to build and nurture customer relationships in new business environments. Marco Spielmann brings exactly these qualities, along with an international network that will help Proekspert take its international expansion to the next level.”
Marco Spielmann brings both strategic vision and practical leadership experience to Proekspert. He has held senior roles with technology consultancies such as Birkle IT and helped scale and exit startups like Friday Flats. Marco has delivered digital transformation projects across the Baltics and Scandinavia, launched multiple cloud-based and enterprise solutions, and led international teams through rapid change. He also serves on the board of the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce, contributing to digital business policy and cross-border innovation.
