Proekspert AS is a fast-growing IT company providing tailored, high-impact software solutions for the manufacturing industry and smart device manufacturers across Europe. To strengthen our presence in Germany, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Area Growth Manager with a hunter mindset and a passion for new business development and executing growth strategies.
Your mission:
You will be responsible for winning new clients in the German manufacturing sector and driving the full sales cycle- from lead generation to closing complex software project deals. With a focus on medium-sized to large industrial companies (typically €50m+ revenue), you’ll help expand the company’s footprint in one of its key markets.
What you bring:
Proven track record in IT consulting or custom software sales, ideally in a hunter role.
A strong network in the manufacturing industry, especially in smart devices, industrial automation, commercial appliances, or related segments.
Experience managing long sales cycles (6–12 months) and navigating complex B2B sales environments.
Proven track record of winning large-scale public and private tenders.
Ability to identify opportunities in complex procurement environments.
Ability to analyze tender documents, develop win strategies, and write compelling, compliant proposals.
Strong willingness to travel (trade fairs, clients, networking, etc.).
Familiarity with bid compliance, RFPs and RFQs, pricing structures, and contract requirements.
Communication & relationship building: ability to build trust with procurement professionals, technical teams, and decision-makers.
A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the German market.
Fluent in German and English.
The role is 100% remote (based in Germany).
Considered as a plus: Located in the Bremen area.
