As a crucial connection link between our engineering units and other strategic stakeholders, Engineering Excellence Lead will provide visionary technical leadership, setting the strategic direction to align with the company’s goals and growth trajectory.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving innovation & re-usability efforts, removing barriers to productivity and enhancing the software delivery efforts. Your extensive technical knowledge, leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills will be key in fostering collaboration and driving innovation within Proekspert.

Your work will be focused on the following:

Driving innovation & re-usability efforts:

• Keep up with the latest trends and emerging technologies in software development and security. Evaluate their potential impact on our business and incorporate relevant ones into our technical roadmap. Ensure that our technology objectives align with our business goals.
• Address topics related to the use of artificial intelligence within the company.
• Identify opportunities to re-use the existing intellectual property and lead re-usability efforts in the company.
• Foster an environment of innovation and continuous learning & improvement, promoting the exploration of new technologies and practices that can enhance our services and efficiency.

Ensuring high-performance engineering:

• Identify obstacles in delivery process & lead continuous improvements in the delivery quality and efficiency.
• Develop a unified quality standard for Proekspert to ensure top-notch services for clients.
• Establish security standards according to the company needs.
• Implement processes and measures that foster quality in engineering activities.

Collaboration and communication:

• Work closely with engineering business units and foster effective communication between them and key stakeholders across the organization (governance team, business development).
• Lead with engineering curiosity and nurture a culture of engineering excellence, continuous learning and innovation.
