IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to join our IT Support team. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware and software. You will assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems to ensure optimal workplace IT performance.

What will you do?

Manage and develop work environments, computer systems and networks.
Maintain essential IT operations, including maintenance of internal services like security tools, applications, servers, email systems, workplace equipment, SaaS/IaaS services, software and hardware assets management.
Set up new and manage existing user accounts and access permissions.
Create and update documentation related to the company’s IT systems.
Conduct routine hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
Create a long-term IT-development plan. Manage & monitor IT budget.
Provide technical support across the company responding promptly to service issues and requests. Track & update the IT helpdesk with incident resolution and status updates.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

5+ years of proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
Solid understanding of computer systems, current equipment and technologies, such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Atlassian, VMware, Windows ja Linux servers, PowerShell and Power automation.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, familiarity with internet security and data privacy principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
Fluency in Estonian and English.
