Office Assistant

NB! This is a part-time job (0.75) – schedule will be agreed with you.

In your everyday job, you will take care of our Tallinn office and people.
Your role is influential and critical because you are the one who will keep our office life in order and running smoothly. Thanks to your work, our people are happy and things are in their right place where they need to be.

Your key duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Welcome deliveries and visitors to our office.
  • Organize office supplies & inventory.
  • Be on-site contact for building management, cleaning staff and vendors.
  • Provide support with travel & business trip arrangements, create reports for accounting team.
  • Assist HR team with onboarding of new employees. Manage desk seating and office moves.
  • Take care of the everyday communication and information flow.
  • Manage our office facilities & services to ensure that our people have the best working environment.


  • You have attention to details around you and the know-how to fix things and situations that are not fit.
  • You have an eagerness to keep things in order. In the office and on the paper.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • You have a friendly and professional communication style (verbal and written).
  • You have a kind heart and you like the idea of belonging to a community.
  • You enjoy the situations when things are completed and you do not like unfinished tasks.
  • You are excellent in Estonian and manage everyday talks in English.
  • You have some experience and track record of all these things above.
