Customer Support Report Template

This Power BI report showcases data for Customer Support key indicators, including number of tickets received, responded and resolved and fulfilment of service level agreements. Our customers have used similar reports to make sure they are fulfilling service level agreements and avoid paying fines. How it works?

The example file is meant to be opened with Power BI Desktop which you can download free from Microsoft home page. The Power BI report is connected to a XLSX file with dummy data. You can easily change it to be connected to your data source from „Data source settings“ in Power BI. If you need further assistance please contact us.
