We are seeking an experienced and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team and contribute to the international growth of our business. You will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day business of Proekspert. It’s an excellent opportunity to be one of the key persons influencing our business growth.
What you will do:
Retain and nurture Proekspert’s relationships with our key clients focusing on building long-term partnerships.
Be a key point of contact for daily client communication and management.
Ensure client satisfaction by successful relationship and stakeholder management.
Become a strategic partner and advisor to the clients, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit.
Demonstrate excellent business development practices and generate new business opportunities within your accounts.
Lead negotiations with senior management and key stakeholders.
Establish and maintain frictionless collaboration with development teams and other units & colleagues within Proekspert.
We’re looking for a team member who has:
At least 10 years of professional experience (as an Account Manager, Business Developer, Customer/Client Success Manager), preferably in software sales.
Experience working with international clients.
Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives in large corporations.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to become a valued colleague who leads by example and inspires action and cooperation.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and business development skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to consistently meet deadlines, contributing to the smooth progression of projects and high client satisfaction.
Very good spoken and written Estonian and English.
Nice to have:
Experience in entrepreneurship or as a board member of a company is highly valued.
