Marketing & Events Specialist

Proekspert is a fast-growing IT company providing tailored, high-impact solutions for the manufacturing and smart device industry across Europe. To strengthen our marketing capability, we are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing & Events Specialist with a hands-on approach. This is a visible role focused on the practical delivery of marketing and employer brand activities.

Your mission
You’re here to make our marketing run better and push results. You take charge of events that matter for business, mainly trade fairs and industry conferences that reach our ideal customers and generate leads. You also keep marketing and sales materials up to date, help with campaigns, and use digital tools to improve how we work. You keep everything moving so business development and sales can close more deals.

Requirements

What you bring:

1-3 years of experience in marketing or event coordination, preferably in B2B or tech-driven environments.
Strong organizational and administrative skills; able to manage logistics, materials, and schedules across multiple projects.
Experience preparing and updating marketing, sales, and HR materials; consistent attention to brand guidelines.
Familiarity with digital tools (including AI solutions) to improve workflow and automate routine work.
Team player mindset with a proactive, practical approach, you spot inefficiencies and propose solutions.
Confident communication skills and willingness to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Very good spoken and written English.
